faulty door lock

low water pressure

The staff provided excellent service.

I had high hopes for my stay, but it was quite disappointing. The main door lock in my room was not fixed, despite my request for security. Additionally, the water pressure inside the bathroom was extremely low, making it difficult to shower comfortably.
